  1. Dear Mr Teh,
It is great that you areconcerned for our enviroment. Before you leave for China, I hope you can look into a problem that has been bothering picnickers at Shamrock Beach. Beside Jaksa Bungolow there is an illegal house, the owner raise 4-6 dogs. These dogs pose a threat to picnicker on that beach. i hope something can be done before any mishap occur.
By the way, I fully support your idea of planting 1 million tree. Maybe you can use this land : http://wikimapia.org/#lat=5.467958&lon=100.29508&z=17&l=0&m=a&v=2 to plan some of the trees and turn it into a public park.

  2. Now that we have a new goverment that states that they are looking to improve tourism and seeing that you are for the environment i have hope that something will be done about this problem. At the floating Mosque in TG Bungah there is a small tidal lagoon and this lagoon is badly polluted by it seems the old Mosque and by the motorcycle repair shop. This polution should stop ASAP because there are tourist that stop at the Mosque to take photos and they comment about the bad pollution and how dirty Penang beaches are.Not only is it not save for the tourist to swim in the sea at the hotels near the Mosque but it is also not save for the children that swim there from time to time.I am asking you if they could stop this pollution and clean up this small effected area and plant a few palm trees and i am sure that the tourist would flock there to take their photos.I have written to the previous goverment for many years already but nothing ever happend.I hope this time arround something will be done about the problem soon.

    Thanking You

    Gary

  3. Dear YB Mr Teh,
Good day to you... we are touch by you determination to raise funds and help 5 charitable NGOs. That is indeed a noble cause considering you will be cycling from Penang to China... I really can't imagine the journey you and your partner will be taking on. It takes a lot of perseverance and endurance to do that...Grateful for leading the excellent example and we are touch to see our Assemblyman visiting us in Mt Pleasure on his bicycle. That is indeed humble. We are always willing to lend a hand in planting the 1 million trees back in Penang.

  7. Dear Mr Teh,
I am very much against your bicycle trip to China until and unless you are prepared to donate all your pay and allowances during this period of your trip.

As a newly elected state assemblyman, you should be fullfilling your duty and commitments in your state constituency.Instead, you chose to go oversea for paid holidays. It is no wonder quite a number of your own fellow assemblymen refrained their support for your venture.
    Thank you.
